Flying Kites

If you read my last post with the rant about losing kites and the fear of that, I should let you know, we were flying kites last night at the park and the kites was let go of and lost to the trees.  One of the children flipped out and was crying.  So, bottom line, I guess its an ok fear to have.

April Showers bring May flowers what do May flowers bring?

Well things continue to move along for us.  Nicole has been doing an awesome job at getting our front flower beds looking nice for the spring and summer.  She actually has mowed the lawn twice as I have been trying to tile the floor in our main bathroom and as with all projects I do it seems to take 8 times longer than it should.  I had a mission companion that used to say in regards to missionary service - "If you want something done - Call us-- If you want something done right - call a professional."  I get things done, maybe not right, but done.  Oh well.  It seems like the more we do to our house, the more other things fall apart.

I cant remember if I posted this last month of Carter fishing with his new fishing pole

That is not really a hat it is a bag that holds a bunch of knitted balls that he loves to play with - the balls are all in his shirt

Booga flying a kite at the park one windy day - didn't really last that long - and I also realized that I still have a fear of losing kites.  I remember we lost a couple when we lived in the circle and would fly kites all the time and I still get paranoid about changing who is holding the kite and when the kite gets to the end of the string.  Should I see a psychologist about this?

These are the kids at the Idaho Falls Museum - we went to see a T-Rex exhibit and they had a little kids frontier land - they all enjoyed a quick ride on the barrel horse.

Easter egg hunt at the park behind Jim and Colleen's house in I.F.  It started at 10:00 and was over at 10:02 - kids had a good time

Houston actually liked wearing these - he has the same problem as Carter and Afton, they have little button noses and no kids glasses have a bridge that will set on their little noses.

Well here is the monthly clean-out of pictures off my phone.  Hopefully someone enjoys looking at them.
